Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and are manufactured from steel and
materials in strict accordance with the specification of ISO 7153-1:2000
(BS 5194-1:1991) and German Standards DIN 17442 10/77 and DIN 10088-3
8/95.

is also totally committed to the care of the
environment with on-going development of a best practice environmental
management system, in accordance with BS EN ISO 14001:1996.
Patterns
defining the form of the instruments and procedures defining the method
of manufacture are maintained in accordance
with the company’s ISO 9001 registration to ensure uniformity of
supply and consistency of quality.
Full traceabilty is maintained and controlled throughout the
manufacturing process,
Certificates of material analysis and
of hardening are kept for the life of the guarentee.

Guarantee The
quality of all S Murray instruments is guaranteed to be free of defects
in workmanship and materials. In the unlikely event that any item is
found to be unsatisfactory in normal use it will be refurbished or
replaced free of charge.
This guarantee is firm for
a minimum of 10 years,
except for replacement of T/C tips on needleholders and re-sharpening of
hard edge scissors, which will be free of charge for 3 years
